The experience was split into focused modules, such as dashboard, athletes, inventory, and settings, so users could move directly to the workflow they needed while still staying inside one unified system.

This project taught me how much value comes from designing around operational reality instead of just data storage. It pushed me to think in systems: how dashboards, profiles, equipment workflows, and permissions all need to support each other if the product is going to feel genuinely useful to the department.
